Full Job Description

Overview

Self-starter to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager based in Northwest, AR. This role will maintain and expand a sales territory by generating new accounts and increasing existing account penetration. We are looking for someone with a passion for outside sales and a desire to build a sales territory through lead generation, scheduled appointments, and solution selling of Fluid Power products and services. This fully remote, home-based position includes 70-80% travel throughout the Northwest Arkansas area.

Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager

· Making sales calls, contacting customers, and making sales presentations

· Lead the development of customer proposals

· New business development through lead generation and appointment scheduling

· Implementing sales programs with existing accounts supporting account managers

· Responsible for territory sales growth of fluid power products and services

· Reporting to the Vice President of Fluid Power on sales opportunities, progress and closings.

· You will be in the field 4 to 5 days per week.

· This is an excellent opportunity to impact the growth of the organizations business and future directly.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Minimum 5 years of successful selling and building client relationships experience, ideally within the industrial, safety, electrical, or manufacturing industries
Bachelor/Associate degree is preferred
Ability to develop strategic client relationships
Ability to open new accounts
Someone who is not afraid to cold call
Someone who is competitive, likes to win
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
