What the role actually involves:

Check in with customers, understand their concerns, educate them on preventive maintenance, and dispatch cleanly to the tech
Turn technician findings into clear, plain-language estimates that customers trust
Own the details — invoices, deliveries, returns, cores, follow-ups — without being chased
Solve problems the way you'd want someone solving them for your own mother
Master our systems, then lead the team to the same standard with respect and accountability
Partner with ownership on decisions that balance the company, the customers, and the team

What we need from you:

3+ years as an automotive service advisor, with numbers you're proud to talk about
A history of raising the standard wherever you've worked, not just meeting it
A steady track record — if you've changed shops every year, you’re probably not a fit here either
Sharp communication, real attention to detail, and pride that shows in the work
Honest, driven, and someone who genuinely cares about doing right by people
