Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of the company. This critical role will provide high-level administrative support, helping to drive operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support the company’s expansion in the Eastern market.

The ideal candidate is a reliable professional with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-service mindset who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing/wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle confidential communications.
Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Support inventory, operations, sales, and finance teams by entering and managing data in NetSuite (or similar ERP system).
Handle incoming inquiries from customers, dealers, vendors, and internal staff with professionalism and efficiency.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
Assist with project coordination, including sample/display programs, warehouse operations, marketing initiatives, and compliance tasks.
Multitask effectively across competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support overall business goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience working with NetSuite or a comparable ERP/CRM system (Netsuite, SAP, or similar) required
Prior customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, or home improvement industries.
Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (formulas, charts, data management), and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, coordinator, or similar support role in a manufacturing or wholesale environment.
Familiarity with cabinetry, kitchen/bath, or home improvement products and terminology.
Experience with inventory management, sales support, or warehouse operations processes.
