Event Coordinator– Weddings and Events

Arrow Park Inc – Monroe, NY

Arrow Park Inc is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at our premier historic estate venue. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process
Collaborate with culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Manage event timelines, floor plans, and logistics
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown on-site
Maintain high standards of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service quality
Handle client communications, contracts, and event documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of wedding coordination experience required
Hospitality experience is required (venue, hotel, catering, or related field)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office and proficient use of computers and apps.
Base salary plus event pay
must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., climb at least 3 flights of stairs, bend, squat, twist, stand for long periods of time and sit for long periods of time.
