Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Mega Logistic Inc. is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy taking ownership of the accounting function, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Process customer invoices and payments in QuickBooks
Process payroll through ADP
Prepare monthly financial statements for management
Coordinate year-end closing with external CPA and auditors
Assist with tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance
Provide occasional customer service support via phone and email
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

3+ years of Full-Charge Bookkeeping experience
Advanced QuickBooks proficiency (required)
Experience with payroll processing (ADP preferred)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Positive, proactive attitude with strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the logistics, warehousing, or transportation industry
Familiarity with WMS platforms such as RedAnt or LingXing
