Residential Mortgage Loan Officer – Your Impact

As a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer, you will build your business by becoming the trusted mortgage advisor your referral partners and clients rely on.

You will:

Develop and grow referral relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and community partners
Generate new mortgage business through networking, prospecting, and relationship building
Educate homebuyers on financing options in a way that is simple, approachable, and easy to understand
Structure mortgage solutions that meet each client's financial goals
Manage your loan pipeline while partnering with an experienced processing team to deliver a smooth closing experience
Stay connected with past clients to generate repeat mortgage business and referrals
Represent yourself and the company professionally throughout your local market
Leverage social media and personal branding to remain visible and top of mind with referral partners and clients
Continue learning mortgage products, lending guidelines, and market trends to remain a trusted advisor

Residential Mortgage Loan Officer – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)

You have:

Prior experience originating residential mortgage loans
A proven track record of generating your own business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
A hunter mentality. You enjoy creating opportunities instead of waiting for them.
A self-starter mindset. You create momentum without someone looking over your shoulder.
A collaborative, team first approach and genuine appreciation for everyone's contribution to a successful closing
Strong communication skills that help clients understand complex financing options
Current NMLS licensing and the ability to originate loans in California
You might have:
An established Realtor or referral partner network
An active and engaging social media presence
A strong personal brand within your market
Experience presenting at networking events, first time homebuyer seminars, or community events
Additional licensing in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho

Residential Mortgage Loan Officer – Benefits for You

Your compensation will be performance based while providing something many mortgage companies don't. W2 employment instead of a 1099 contractor relationship – you get medical insurance benefits and access to 401k.

Compensation 100% commission, estimated $85,000 to $350,000 OTE depending on your loan origination volume.

You will have the support of an exceptional processing team that is known for simplifying underwriting, delivering fast turn times, and helping you close on time. You will work alongside experienced mortgage advisors who believe knowledge is shared, not guarded, because together everyone wins.
