CY Boston - 40 - Rooms, the Executive Housekeeper works in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.

About the opportunity
The Executive Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met, working closely with the housekeeping team to achieve exceptional results.

What you'll get to do

Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
Train and develop the housekeeping team to improve performance and efficiency
Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues promptly
Analyze and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase productivity

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, maintenance, and food and beverage
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, including inventory control and scheduling
High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
