Contract Length: 13 Weeks (8-week assignments also considered)
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a LongTerm Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care by assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring their health and well-being, and supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
Record patient care and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist with transferring, positioning, and ambulating residents using proper safety techniques.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Support nurses with routine patient care and follow individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies.
Float to other units as needed based on patient care requirements.

Requirements

Active Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
Minimum 2 years of recent Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
Previous travel healthcare experience preferred.
Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility (travel candidates only).
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and commit to the full contract assignment.
