Qualifications and Detail about the Position

Job Title: Office Administrator – BIS Lima, OH

Reports To: Regional Branch Manager

Job Family: Operations Function: Administrative Services

Broad Function: The Office Administrator will support office operations and procedures, such as bookkeeping, contracts, preparation of payrolls, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.

Essential Functions

Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Supports Office Manager with all or select items including:
Initiates both verbal and written contact with identified customers
Troubleshoots and keeps track of outstanding payment issues and generates weekly aging reports.
Assists with Payroll functions
Assists with Job set ups
Assists with reimbursements and Coupa requests
Supports COI requests and insurance issues
Enhances communication with Department on contract flow

Essential Skills

Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize
Strong customer service focus
Advanced MS Office skills Education & Experience

Previous experience in administrative support
