We are seeking a versatile professional to provide critical financial and operational support directly to our senior management team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a sharp, dependable professional with a strong bookkeeping background who thrives in a varied, multi-tasking role. In this position, you won't just be handling numbers behind a screen; you will serve as a right-hand to the leadership team, helping to keep our growing organization organized and efficient.

The ideal candidate is a quick thinker who possesses professional communication skills, adapts easily to new technology (including modern software, AI tools, and social media platforms), and can actively support our customer relations and business development efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Administration:

Manage day-to-day accounting workflows, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and general ledger maintenance.
Track financials across multiple departments and profit centers to assist leadership with clear reporting.
Maintain organized, accurate financial records as the organization scales.

Executive Support & Administration:

Work directly with senior management to streamline office operations, coordinate tasks, and manage shifting priorities.
Act as a professional, reliable point of contact for key clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Technology & Business Support:

Leverage modern digital tools, including office software and AI platforms, to improve day-to-day administrative efficiency.
Support customer relations and new business development by maintaining a professional presence on social media and networking channels.

Qualifications & Key Attributes

Financial Foundation: Solid, hands-on experience with full-charge bookkeeping or robust corporate accounting practices.
Adaptable Multitasker: A proven track record of managing diverse administrative tasks without losing focus or attention to detail.
Quick Thinker: Ability to problem-solve on the fly and independently support the leadership team's daily objectives.
Tech Proficient: Comfortable navigating accounting software, modern office applications, and utilizing social media or digital tools for professional networking.
Professionalism: Strong communication skills and the discretion required when working closely with company executives and valuable clients.
