Full Job Description

We are a small Investment Group seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Bookkeeper/Office Management/ Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive 360-degree support to our CEO. You will conduct all full charge bookkeeping functions as well as act as a strategic partner and gatekeeper, managing all administration, deadlines, design and rehabilitation project coordination. Hours can be flexible. Significant opportunity for growth and reward based on projects performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
