We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative specializing in the automotive industry. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and our company, providing exceptional support and solutions to meet their needs. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer satisfaction, foster positive relationships, and promote brand loyalty. Duties

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries related to automotive services, products, and support needs.
Provide clear, professional communication in both Spanish and English to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
Assist clients with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and managing service requests efficiently.
Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems while maintaining attention to detail.
Resolve customer issues promptly by analyzing problems and offering effective solutions while demonstrating strong customer support skills.
Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
Maintain organized records of interactions, transactions, and client communications for future reference.

Requirements

Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective bilingual communication.
Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and active listening abilities.
Proven ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience.
Technical proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer skills required for efficient workflow management.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in sales or client services within the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions to customer problems.
Knowledge of cash handling procedures is advantageous for processing payments or transactions when necessary.
