POSITION: Automation & AI Technology Experience Intern

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

FLSA STATUS: Hourly – Part-time (20-25 hours per week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Apply LEAN principles and value stream mapping to analyze current technology experience processes and identify automation opportunities
Assist in designing and implementing automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort
Support initiatives to shift work to Level 0 through self-service and automated solutions, enhancing overall service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, increase operational flow, and improve user experience

Education and/or Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategy
Strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and using data to drive operational decision-making

Skills and Abilities

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problems
Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with relational databases

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: On Site – Frisco, TX or Conshohocken, PA

This internship requires full on-site presence at one of our corporate headquarters, with an expected schedule of 20–25 hours per week.
