Job Summary

We are seeking a in state (IL or FL resident) dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with specialized expertise in Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D, and Agtek software to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency to design, analyze, and manage civil projects, ensuring precision and efficiency from conception through construction. No remote work available.

Responsibilities

Utilize Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D, and Agtek software for detailed design modeling, earthwork calculations, and construction layout planning.
Create detailed grading, utility, and roadway designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Build accurate 3D GPS data models for field machinery via Trimble Business Center (TBC).
Perform precise earthwork takeoffs and material volume calculations utilizing Agtek.
Convert traditional 2D construction plans into intelligent 3D surface models.
Collaborate with project managers and field survey crews to resolve design discrepancies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Proven hands-on experience running Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D, or Agtek.
Strong understanding of earthwork operations, grading, and site utility construction.
Ability to interpret complex geotechnical reports and construction blueprints.
