About the Role
Join a growing, walk-in, cash-based multi-clinic chiropractic practice with additional locations planned over the next 3–5 years. Our practice focuses on full spinal and extremity adjustments using diversified and manual techniques, drop table, and activator. We serve adults, youth, and pediatric patients in a supportive, modern wellness environment where doctors can focus purely on patient care — we handle operations, marketing, and administration.
This role supports the opening of our new Warwick, Rhode Island clinic. You will be joining a practice with proven systems, consistent patient demand, and an experienced support team.

Schedule & Start Date
- Clinic Hours
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Full-time: 40 hours per week, including Saturday rotations
- Part-time: Fixed weekly schedule with consistent hours
Start Date: June 2026
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $85,000–$105,000, based on experience, schedule structure, and demonstrated production history

We are building a growing multi-clinic practice across eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island, creating opportunities for long-term professional growth. This role may evolve into Clinical Director responsibilities, including associate mentorship and clinical oversight.
As we expand, leadership roles and potential equity partnership opportunities may be available for doctors interested in advancing their careers who demonstrate strong clinical performance, leadership, and long-term alignment with our model. In certain cases, qualified doctors may also have the opportunity to serve in a Professional Corporation (PC) role, in accordance with state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide chiropractic adjustments and patient consultations
- Deliver care within an established walk-in clinical model and follow defined clinical workflows designed to support a consistent patient experience
- Educate patients on routine chiropractic care and long-term wellness using clear, standardized communication practices
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate imaging or referrals when clinically appropriate
- Build long-term patient relationships in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited chiropractic college
- Active state license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) for RI and CT
- NBCE Parts I–IV passed
- Eligible for malpractice insurance
