Full Job Description

We are growing Dental Practice with multi specialists and have 3 branches. As the Dental Office Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the marketing strategy and enhancing the practice's visibility. Your role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to drive patient growth and retention in dental practices and analyze market trends, create engaging content, manage digital marketing campaigns, and collaborate with practice staff to achieve marketing goals. Your strong communication and project management abilities will ensure alignment with organizational goals, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

· Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, attract new patients, and retain existing ones.

· Digital Marketing

Manage digital marketing channels like SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts.

· Data Analysis

Analyze marketing performance and each practice collections and NP reports

· Practice Liaison

Collaborate with practice staff to ensure marketing efforts align with practice goals and patient needs. Planning all events involve staffing and patients and partner offices.

· Budget Management

Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

· Brand Management

Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and Referral Management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in marketing, particularly the dental industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
Experience with marketing automation tools and systems.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with dental practice operations and patient acquisition funnels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
