What You'll Do

Participate in daily dispatch huddles
Lead crews and deliver exceptional customer service
Safely drive and operate a 26-foot moving truck
Safely move, pack, and transport customer belongings
Conduct customer walkthroughs and communicate professionally throughout the move
Complete truck inspections and maintain equipment accountability
Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments
Serve as the crew leader and ensure a successful move experience

What We're Looking For

"Drivers Who Care"

21+ years old (insurance requirement)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to repeatedly lift 100+ pounds
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Comfortable leading a team and interacting with customers
Professional communication skills in English

Experience That Helps (Not Required)

Box truck driving
Moving industry experience
