Full Job Description

All candidates will be required to complete at least one in-person interview as part of our hiring process.

Job Summary: This individual will conduct a wide range of quality assurance tasks, including analyzing requirements, developing and executing tests, evaluating results and reporting.

Principal Responsibilities:

Review documentation to understand testing requirements, test environments and objectives.
Proactively participate in maintaining and improving team standards and best practices
Translate requirements into detailed test cases
Peer review other team members test cases
Participate in all phases of testing.
Communicate status of work to the team

Required Skills/Experience:

3-5 years of experience working as a QA Tester
Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effectively collaborate and coordinate with both onshore and offshore team members
Experience testing web-based applications on desktops and mobile devices
SQL knowledge
Positive attitude
Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
Ability to think abstract "outside the box "
Passionate about product success.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (preferred).
Experience and understanding of agile development life cycle.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology related field (preferred).
Prior Health IT experience (a plus)
Insurance claims experience (a plus)
Prior experience with EDI transactions (a plus)

Location: Remote
