Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented traveling notary public to join our team. As a notary, you will be responsible for performing notarial acts and verifying a signer's identity. This role requires strong customer service skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and being punctual to appointments. We do our best to provide our customers with 24/7 service. That means, on occasion, being available for early in the morning or late at night appointments, as well as being able to accept last minute appointment requests.

Duties
- Verify the identity of individuals signing documents
- Witness the signing of legal documents
- Administer oaths and affirmations
- Ensure that all necessary documents are properly executed
- Maintain accurate records of notarial acts performed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Skills:

- Proficient in speaking and writing in English
- Proficient in using phone and tablet systems
-Strong people skills (More importantly, enjoys working with diverse sets of people and situations)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document filing and order entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Have a reliable mode of transportation (public transportation not acceptable)

The employee may be required to perform other related duties as requested by the employer. You are not required to be a current licensed notary to apply, but it is strongly encouraged.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
