Responsibilities

Develop customized financial plans by analyzing clients’ current financial situations, including assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
Provide expert guidance on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and estate law considerations to protect clients’ legacies.
Conduct thorough research and utilize financial software to evaluate investment options aligned with clients’ risk tolerance and objectives.
Manage client portfolios by monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies to optimize investment performance within regulatory guidelines.
Educate clients on financial concepts such as securities law, tax implications, cash management, and asset allocation to empower informed decision-making.

Stay current with industry regulations, including securities law and public accounting standards, to ensure compliance in all advisory activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial sales or client advisory roles within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial analysis techniques, investment management principles, and wealth management strategies.
Knowledge of estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, and estate law to advise clients effectively.
Familiarity with financial software platforms used for portfolio management and research purposes.
Excellent math skills coupled with a solid foundation in accounting principles and technical accounting standards.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
Relevant certifications or licenses related to securities law or financial advising are preferred but not mandatory; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
