Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General and Sales Manager to lead our car wash sales operations with energy and expertise. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management, ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for high sales, a talent for building lasting client relationships, and a proven track record in managing sales teams within a fast-paced car wash environment. Join us to drive growth, motivate teams, and elevate the customer experience through innovative sales strategies and outstanding leadership.

Duties

Achieve approved revenue, membership, car-count, labor, and expense goals.
Directly supervise and evaluate staff.
Establish the weekly schedule and ensure coverage.
Review sales, membership, labor, chemical, downtime, and customer-service reports.
Approve staffing levels, schedules, purchasing, and routine expenditures within set limits.
Ensure each manager completes assigned responsibilities.
Resolve significant employee, customer, damage-claim, and vendor issues.
Coordinate with owners and provide one concise weekly performance report.
Implement owner-approved priorities without allowing managers or owners to change direction independently.
Lead weekly management meetings and assign deadlines.
Maintain safety, legal, cash-handling, and company-policy compliance.
Develop employee schedules within labor targets.
Manage attendance, timekeeping, coverage, and shift assignments
Monitor wash quality and require corrective action when standards are missed.
Establish daily and weekly membership-sales goals.
Train employees on membership presentation, objection handling, and upselling.
