We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Location F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to lead and oversee the financial services operations across multiple dealership locations. This role is vital in driving customer satisfaction, maximizing revenue through upselling and effective deal structuring, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service that aligns with our company's growth objectives. Duties

Lead and coordinate the F&I departments across multiple dealership locations to ensure consistent performance and customer experience.
Maximize profitability by effectively presenting and selling Finance and Protection Products.
Insure 100% compliance with all federal satte and location regulation regarding automotive financing.
Collaborate with sales managers and sales staff to seamlessly transition buyers from the showroom to the finance office.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of successful F & I management experience in the automotive industry.
Proficient with Dealertrack , RouteOne, and Darwin
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
Willingness to commute/travel among assigned local dealerships.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
