Full Job Description

The mission of Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is to respectfully assist people to achieve and sustain self-sufficiency through direct services, education, and community partnerships.

CAP is looking for a Part-Time Seneca Community Services Case Manager. The Part-Time Case Manager provides evening and weekend support within the Seneca Women’s Transitional Housing Program, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment. This position plays a key role in reinforcing resident goals, promoting engagement, and delivering hands-on life skills development outside of standard business hours.

The Part-Time Case Manager must meet the following minimum qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED with 13 years of case management or direct human services experience required; Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
Family Development Credential preferred.

This is a part-time, non-exempt position scheduled for 20 hours per week at an hourly rate of $20.82. The work schedule will vary and include weekday evening and weekend hours, with specific days and hours to be determined based on operational needs.
