Join the Revolution for our New Concrete Mixer Manufacturing Facility in Waverly, IA.

Revolution Concrete Mixers is expanding and launching a new manufacturing facility in Waverly, IA. This site will play a critical role in supporting our growing customer base and represents a major investment in innovation, quality, and community.

Revolution Concrete Mixers designs and manufactures premium concrete mixer trucks and systems trusted by producers across North America.

Along with our London Machinery brand, we represent a combined 171 years of industry and mixer-building knowledge, serving customers across the United States, Canada, and globally.

We’re looking for experienced Quality Technician who wants to be a part of growing our business.

Our team will run on a 5-day work week (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm).

What You’ll Do

Provide support for purchased parts to ensure Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) objectives are achieved. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive consistent performance, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality standards.

What You Bring

The following responsibilities are not all-inclusive; additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Collaborate with suppliers, Design and Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Management, and production personnel to drive continuous quality and productivity improvements.
Inspect raw and production produced materials such as steel plates, drums etc.
Ensure dimensions match engineering drawings.
Verify welding quality, alignment, torque settings, and assembly accuracy.
Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
Assist in the analysis and resolution of issues identified in monthly Quality Cost Reports.
Perform final inspection of completed concrete mixers before dispatching to customers. Check mechanical performance, drum rotation, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications.
Approve or reject finished products based on inspection results.
Maintain inspection records, checklists, and quality reports.
Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action (CAPA) processes.
Support Quality Management initiatives and departmental objectives as assigned.
Ensure all activities within the area are performed in accordance with safety standards.
Stay current with quality improvement technologies and methodologies through training, seminars, and professional development resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
One (1) or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Training or experience in statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies
Experience using structured problem-solving techniques and related software applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Lotus Notes (email), and JDE (required within three months of hire)
