Full Job Description

Secretary/Receptionist needed in Watertown, NY.

Daily routine administrative duties include the following:

- Greet clients/vendors/professionals upon entry to office.

- Manage reception area.

- Using multi-line phone system, answering phone calls, transfer to appropriate staff member, taking messages as necessary.

- Drafting correspondence.

-Filing.

- Data entry.

- Processing incoming and outgoing mail.

Basic to intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word is required. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and time management skills.

Knowledge of legal office setting preferred.

High school diploma or equivalency required. Associate's Degree preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
