Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | $30-$37/hr | $4K Sign-On Bonus | Company Vehicle

Location: Watertown, WI (Serving Milwaukee, Madison & Southern Wisconsin)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Position
Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour / $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
License/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Required

Compensation & Benefits

$30-$37 per hour, based on experience
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus
$2,000 after 60 days
$2,000 after 180 days
Bonus opportunities
Company vehicle provided
Full-time, permanent position
Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Opportunity to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative clinical team

What You'll Do

Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and patient evaluations
Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed respiratory therapies
Support patients utilizing oxygen therapy, PAP therapy, ventilators, and advanced respiratory equipment
Adjust ventilator settings according to physician orders and patient needs
Troubleshoot respiratory equipment and provide ongoing patient support
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare team members
Participate in an every-other-week on-call rotation
Travel throughout the service territory using a company-provided vehicle

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Active state respiratory therapy license
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel throughout Southern Wisconsin
Strong communication and patient education skills

Preferred Qualifications

Home Health or Home Respiratory Care experience
Hospital Respiratory Therapy experience
Nursing Home Respiratory Therapy experience
Experience with ventilators and advanced respiratory equipment
DME/HME experience
1+ year of respiratory therapy experience

Candidates should reside within approximately 30 miles of Watertown, WI.
