Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and drive overall business success. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining efficient kitchen and front-of-house functions. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and professional workforce
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts
Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met and adhered to safety regulations
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory management
Control inventory levels through effective stock monitoring, ordering, and waste reduction strategies
Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile registers at shift end
Maintain compliance with food safety standards and oversee food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
Conduct staff training sessions on food production, customer service excellence, and operational procedures
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings
Implement scheduling plans that optimize staffing levels based on business needs
Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality, and exceptional guest experiences

Skills

Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management
Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills
Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures
Excellent team management skills with experience supervising staff through training and development programs
Strong managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with different departments
Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for budgeting, pricing, and financial analysis
Skilled in interviewing candidates, onboarding new employees, and conducting performance evaluations
Knowledge of managing profit & loss statements along with budgeting responsibilities
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality
