Overview
Christian D. Allen, LLC is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to support the daily operations of a growing law firm. This part time role combines client service, legal administrative support, office coordination, and technology management in a fast-paced professional environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, comfortable learning new software systems, and interested in improving efficiency through technology, automation, and AI-driven processes. In addition, they are proactive, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. They enjoy helping a team stay organized, improving processes, and supporting clients professionally.

This position is well-suited for someone interested in the intersection of law, operations, client service, office management, and legal technology.

Responsibilities

Manage client intake and visitor access in a professional office environment
Answer and route phone calls, manage the firm inbox, and schedule client consultations and meetings
Coordinate calendars, court dates, deadlines, consultations, meeting notes, and internal scheduling needs
Assist with legal document preparation, formatting, digital templates, case file management, and administrative support
Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, client records, and office records
Utilize and maintain Microsoft Office, legal case management software, estate planning systems, document management tools, and other firm technology platforms
Support website updates, office technology, and general IT troubleshooting for office equipment and systems
Maintain organized office operations, including supplies, records, workflow processes, vendors, and day-to-day administrative systems
Support the attorney and staff with client communications, file organization, deadline tracking, and operational tasks
Help improve firm efficiency through technology, automation, AI-driven solutions, templates, and streamlined processes
Identify opportunities to improve office workflows, client service, and internal systems
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

Prior law firm, professional services, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Professional, client-focused, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable learning and using legal software, Microsoft Office, templates, and office technology
Able to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, solve problems, and support team operations
Interest in legal technology, automation, AI tools, and process improvement

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
