Full Job Description

All-Pro Fasteners, Inc. is a full-line, full-service fastener company that distributes a complete line of bolts, nuts, washers, screws and fastener related components throughout the United States. The main distribution and manufacturing facilities for All-Pro are centrally located in Arlington, Texas with additional service centers throughout Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa and Illinois.

We are currently looking for a full-time Data Entry/Sales Assistant. This position is full-time from 8:00am - 5:00pm and is located at:

1916 Peyco Dr.

Arlington, Tx 76001

Summary:

The purpose of this position is to provide sales support for the APTP sales and production team for processing orders, entering work orders, expediting, and scheduling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Reaching out to vendors to Expedite material purchase orders and Process purchase orders
Reaching out to various departments to expedite orders through internal processes
Using our Epicor (P.21) system to enter expedite notes on updates to POs, and SPs
Coordinating any information gathered during expediting with the appropriate parties so that they can provide updates to buyers about status of their orders.
Responding to Expedite requests from customers
Entering Sales orders
Entering process transactions (SP’s) for manufacturing
Using JobPack Scheduling software to create Job Travelers before they are released to production (as needed when primary scheduler is out)
Managing inbox to ensure all requests are addressed and actions items are performed
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,

routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out

instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
