What You'll Do
You'll help create a positive employee experience while ensuring essential business functions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Recruit and source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting resources
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with department leaders
- Complete pre-employment and background screening
- Lead new hire onboarding and orientation
- Partner with managers to support employee engagement, development, retention, and performance
- Process leave of absence requests and support employee relations
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
- Assist with employee communication, recognition, and culture initiatives
Payroll Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Receive, verify, reconcile, and process invoices
- Ensure payroll processes remain compliant and efficient
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is collaborative, dependable, and passionate about supporting both employees and operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of Human Resources/Payroll experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
- A positive, customer-service mindset and commitment to teamwork
