Full Job Description

A large, established multi-specialty dental practice in Manhattan is looking for an exceptional, motivated General Dentist who wants to practice at a high level, build a substantial patient base, and grow alongside a talented clinical team.

Our practice operates 44 operatories, welcomed more than 6,000 new patients last year, and brings general dentistry and multiple specialties together under one roof. We are investing heavily in our doctors, team, technology, and patient experience so great clinicians have the resources and support to do their best work.

This is an opportunity for a dentist who is clinically strong, great with patients, and motivated to build a highly productive practice. You will have meaningful patient demand, access to specialists, strong operational support, and an environment designed for ambitious dentists to thrive.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality comprehensive general dentistry.
Build strong, long-term relationships with patients.
Diagnose and present comprehensive treatment plans.
Communicate treatment recommendations clearly and comfortably.
Collaborate with specialists on interdisciplinary cases.
Deliver an outstanding patient experience from diagnosis through treatment.
Maintain high standards for clinical quality, documentation, and patient safety.
Continue developing clinically through collaboration and continuing education.
Be a positive, engaged member of the clinical team.

Who We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD with an active New York license or ability to obtain one.
3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience.
Strong general dentistry and comprehensive treatment-planning skills.
Excellent patient rapport and chairside manner.
Clear, confident communicator who can build trust and case acceptance.
High clinical standards and attention to detail.
Comfortable collaborating with specialists and other providers.
Team-oriented, professional, dependable, and motivated to grow.
Someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of patients and wants to build a successful practice.
