Reports To: Vice President and/or Director of Residential Services and Supports
Employment Type: Full Time
Starting Wage: $75,759 - $81,180/annually

Your Core Responsibilities:

Provide direct supervision, coaching, and evaluation to residential leadership staff.
Oversee staffing coordination, recruitment, and professional development of program leaders.
Ensure high-quality, person-centered services aligned with OPWDD standards and agency policies.
Monitor individual service plans, protective oversight practices, and clinical supports.
Conduct and oversee audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance reviews.
Assist with fiscal oversight, including budgets, procurement, and facilities maintenance.
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure health, safety, and wellness monitoring.
Manage admissions, transitions, and discharges in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Serve as Administrator On Call, responding to emergencies and critical incidents.
Contribute to policy development and agency-wide initiatives through committee work.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities;
– OR Associate degree with four (4) years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and person-centered planning.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Must meet Lifetime Assistance Vehicle Operator requirements and pass all required background checks.
Preferred: QIDP eligibility and/or SCIP-R Level II certification.
