Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer/Project Manager for our Rochester office. Position will include project management, client relations, client outreach, design and construction oversight for engineering projects conducted in the area. Candidate will be expected to work as part of a design team or work independently with tasks that include business development, client meetings, presentations, and outreach, management of budgets and schedules for on-going projects, preparation of technical reports, construction cost estimating, contract documents and specifications, proposals and RFQ responses. Manage, coordinate and mentor staff including project level and field employees. Drive and support business development in the region. Manage schedules, budgets, and profitability of assigned projects.

Position Requirements

Minimum qualifications include a minimum 10 years of Water/Wastewater Civil Engineering experience in municipal/public works projects including process design. New York P.E. license required. Successful candidates will be self-starters with good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000

As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 – $200,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
