What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new client relationships across personal lines (auto, home, life)
Conduct needs-based consultations and present tailored coverage solutions
Manage your own book of business and retain existing policyholders
Hit monthly production goals and contribute to team performance metrics
Collaborate with agency leadership in a culture that celebrates wins

What We're Looking For

Texas P&C License preferred — unlicensed candidates welcome if you're willing to obtain it quickly
Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
Strong communication and people skills — you genuinely enjoy helping others
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Prior sales experience a plus, but we'll train the right person from the ground up
