Compliance Support Analyst (Temporary Position)

PathWays is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Support Analyst to join our team for a temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to improve processes, organize information, and support compliance efforts that help ensure quality services across our organization.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Compliance Department to standardize policies, manage documentation, support regulatory requirements, and help maintain our document management system. What You'll Do
As our Compliance Support Analyst, you'll help keep critical policies and compliance documentation organized, accurate, and accessible by:

Reformatting and standardizing policies and procedures within our document management system using established templates and formatting standards

Utilizing advanced Microsoft Word features including styles, headings, track changes, and document structure to ensure consistency and quality

Reviewing existing policies and linking applicable regulatory citations, including ODP, OCDEL, and federal and state regulations

Assisting with the development and application of keyword tags to improve document organization and searchability

Supporting document management system maintenance, including user accounts, permissions, and document organization
-
Assisting with the development of review and approval workflow templates
-
Helping generate, monitor, and maintain compliance reports such as acknowledgements, reviews, and document expirations

Supporting policy review cycle configuration and document governance requirements

Assisting in the development of policy tests, acknowledgements, and Recall question decks to reinforce employee understanding of key policies and procedures

Conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure documentation aligns with established standards
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred; OR

Relevant experience in compliance, policy management, document control, administrative support, or a related field sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word required

Experience within healthcare, human services, regulatory, or compliance environments preferred

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
-
Ability to lift, turn, and move objects up to 30 pounds; if over 30 pounds, ability to assist in a two-person lift

Ability to stand and move about freely for extended periods

Ability to travel to other PathWays locations and event sites as needed

Ability to perform repetitive office work and use manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment

Requires occasional sitting, running, walking, climbing, kneeling, stooping, bending, lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, crawling, gripping, reaching overhead, reaching away from the body, and repetitive motion

Requires normal range of vision
Additional Requirements

Valid driver's license with the ability to maintain eligibility under PathWays' insurance requirements

Successful completion of required motor vehicle record review

Pennsylvania State Police, FBI, and all other required background clearances

Criminal History Disclosure Statement upon hire

Health assessment and Mantoux tuberculin skin test upon hire
