Full Job Description

BILLING/BOOKKEEPING POSITION
Sewickley, PA

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Billing/Bookkeeping professional to take full ownership of the billing/accounting function and office management for a boutique law firm. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on independence, accountability, and making an impact.

OVERVIEW OF THE BILLING/BOOKKEEPING ROLE:

· Manage the full billing and accounting cycle, including GL, month-end close, financial statement prep, and reconciliations using customized legal billing and accounting software

· Oversee and maintain banking and cash management

· Perform Payroll and related HR functions

· Accounts payable

· Accounts receivable

· Miscellaneous administrative duties as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the billing function

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Prior experience with billing/accounting legal software is preferred

This role is not a remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
