What You’ll Do:
-
Supervise and support CNAs/Resident Assistants to ensure quality resident care
-
Maintain a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
-
Administer medications per eMAR guidelines
-
Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
-
Address resident and family concerns promptly
-
Troubleshoot basic technical issues
-
Respond to emergencies and make informed decisions aligned with community policies
What you will need:
-
Certified Medication Technician, required
-
High school diploma, required
-
DHS Direct Care Staff Training certificate, required
-
Previous experience in senior care or a related field, preferred
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
