Full Job Description

Looking to hire an office manager/property manager or property manager, prior professional property management experience required. The position would ideally be a licensed property manager with multiple years of experience, but we are also open to hiring an someone with the right experience with the goal of getting you licensed. Must have computer skills. Experience with property management software is required. The training period is 90 days. Upon completion of the training period, the compensation is reviewed.

Please do not inquire if you do not have experience using Appfolio software.

This is not an on-site style property management position, and housing is NOT provided. The position to include making and answer phone calls from tenants, owners, and maintenance personnel; Collecting and entering rent payments and bills; coordinating move-ins & move-outs; coordinating maintenance requirements; and other property management related duties. The position will come with an assistant to help with inspections, evictions, maintenance coordination, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
