Installer Level 1 – HVAC Installation Technician
Compensation: $2,000–$3,000+ per week based on experience, performance, and production

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined Installer to join our growing HVAC installation team. In this role, you will assist with the installation of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Field Operations
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Load, unload, stock, and transport equipment and materials.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
- Perform ductwork installation and insulation tasks.
- Assist with drilling, cutting, fabrication, and equipment setup as needed.
- Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.
Customer Service
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every project.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, subcontractors, and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Attend required safety meetings, training seminars, and continuing education classes.
- Complete daily timecards, paperwork, and job documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure safe operation and handling of all tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Team Support
- Follow directions from supervisors and project leaders.
- Report vehicle, equipment, or job-site issues promptly.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned.
- Work flexible or staggered schedules when necessary to meet customer and project needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to meet company insurance requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic safety knowledge and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, construction practices, or mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with low-voltage wiring.
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work platforms.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to attend training classes, seminars, and continuing education opportunities.
