Account Manager — Hole in the Roof Marketing

Hole in the Roof is a custom apparel and promotional products company in Waco, TX. We screen print, embroider, and decorate apparel for schools, businesses, teams, and nonprofits across the United States.

The Account Manager is the customer's single point of contact from first inquiry through delivery. You'll quote the job, enter the order, coordinate with our art and production teams, and keep the customer informed the whole way. This is a service and inside-sales role; you're not cold calling all day, but you are expected to grow the accounts you're given.

What You'll Do

Serve as the first line of communication for customer inquiries, orders, and service needs
Build accurate quotes for apparel, promotional items, and marketing products
Enter and manage orders: correct quantities, sizes, colors, pricing, and due dates
Work with the art team so designs meet customer expectations and brand standards
Partner with production to keep orders on time, on budget, and at quality
Proactively update customers on status, timelines, and any changes
Build long-term relationships that turn one-time buyers into repeat customers
Resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalating when it's warranted
Keep records current in our CRM and order management system

What Success Looks Like

Customer inquiries answered within one business day, faster when it's urgent
Orders entered accurately
On-time delivery on your accounts
You meet your monthly revenue goals for assigned accounts

What We're Looking For

At least one year in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management under tight deadlines
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfortable juggling multiple orders at different stages without dropping any
Working knowledge of Outlook and Excel; able to learn new systems quickly
Teachable, adaptable, and willing to ask questions
An eye for apparel trends and the ability to guide customers toward good product choices
Bachelor's degree required
