Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We're looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Quality Inspector III to ensure complex assemblies meet customer specifications and the highest quality standards. Your expertise will directly impact the reliability of products used in demanding industries.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies
- Verify products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards
- Inspect assemblies using precision measuring and electrical inspection equipment
- Identify nonconforming materials and accurately document inspection findings
- Complete detailed inspection reports and quality documentation
- Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality concerns
- Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and recurring quality issues
- Maintain compliance with company quality procedures and industry standards
- 3+ years of electro-mechanical quality inspection experience
- Experience inspecting complex electro-mechanical assemblies
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials
- Strong understanding of First Article Inspection (FAI) processes
- Experience using precision inspection tools including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Pin gauges
- Feeler gauges
- Digital multimeters
- Precision scales
- Knowledge of IPC-A-620 workmanship standards
- Experience identifying and documenting nonconforming material
- Strong written documentation and inspection reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Medical device, aerospace, electronics, or contract manufacturing
- ISO-regulated manufacturing environment
- Root cause investigations and quality improvement initiatives
- ERP or electronic quality management systems
