Summary:
Responsibilities:

Phone Calls – Responsible for returning calls from patients, co-workers, and vendors in a timely manner
Emails – Responsible for responding to emails in a prompt manner

Environment – Possesses situational awareness in politically sensitive environments regarding clients and patients
Knowledge – Displays logistical awareness of supplies, equipment, processes, policies, and procedures
Timeliness – Completes tasks, projects, and any other assigned duties at the agreed-upon intervals
Data – Provides information upon request in an accurate, reliable, and complete manner
Education – Responsible for upkeep of any continuing education and participates in educating, onboarding, and training other personnel as appropriate
Safety – Participates in safety initiatives and practices safe techniques during execution of job duties
