About DISCO32
DISCO32 is a family-owned, veteran-founded American manufacturer based in Aberdeen, North Carolina. We design, manufacture, and supply tactical communication products and accessories used by law enforcement, government agencies, emergency response teams, military professionals, and other professional users.
Our products include push-to-talk systems, radio adapters, antennas, speaker microphones, and other communication accessories. We take pride in building reliable, high-quality products in the USA and providing solutions that professionals can depend on when communication matters most.
At DISCO32, our people are just as important as the products we build. We believe in a hands-on, team-oriented work environment where employees are valued, supported, and encouraged to learn. Because we are a growing company, team members have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities, develop practical skills, and make a meaningful impact rather than simply being another number on a production line.
We work hard, take pride in what we do, and believe in helping each other succeed. Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or looking to learn a new trade, we value reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
When you join DISCO32, you're joining a growing American manufacturing company where your work matters, your ideas are heard, and there is room to grow.
