Junk Removal Driver & Crew Member (Lugger)
Compensation: $17-$18/hour base pay, plus commission and tips

We’re looking for reliable, motivated people who enjoy being on the road, working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done.
As a Lugger, you’ll drive our 20-foot dump truck, remove unwanted items from customers’ homes and businesses, and deliver friendly, professional service. This is an active, customer-facing role that requires teamwork, clear communication, good judgment, and consistent physical effort.
No two days are exactly alike—and you won’t be stuck behind a desk.
What You’ll Do
- Safely drive and operate a 20-foot dump truck
- Travel to customers’ homes and businesses throughout the service area
- Remove, load, transport, and unload furniture, appliances, and other items
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Provide excellent customer service and identify appropriate sales opportunities
- Follow instructions, plan ahead, and solve problems as a team
- Handle customers’ belongings and property with care
- Help keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to safely drive a 20-foot dump truck
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Dependability and punctuality
- Strong listening and communication skills
- The ability to lift more than 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Customer service or sales skills
- Comfort working outdoors and staying active
- Availability to work five days per week, including Saturdays
- (When scheduled on Saturday, you’ll receive a weekday off.)
