Faust Harrison Pianos is recognized as one of the premier piano retailers and restoration houses in the United States. Our award-winning showroom network is supported by a premier restoration facility known for producing performance-ready Steinway rebuilds that are sought after by artists, educators, and collectors nationwide.

With world-class craftsmanship, an acclaimed rebuilding department, and one of the largest curated selections of fine pianos, we proudly represent premier makers including Yamaha, Bösendorfer, C. Bechstein, Hoffman, and Fazioli. We are committed to delivering an elevated customer experience rooted in excellence, artistry, and integrity.

We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Administrator to join the team of our Sherman Oaks showroom. This is not a purely administrative position, it is an entry point for the right candidate to demonstrate their abilities, learn the business from the ground up, and earn a transition into a Sales Consultant role within 6 to 12 months.

While this position will be based out of our Sherman Oaks location, the selected candidate will be required to work at other west coast based showrooms as needed.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage showroom visitors, providing a warm, concierge-level first impression to understand their needs and preferences
Support the sales team with client follow-ups, showroom presentations, and the overall buying experience
Handle post-sale coordination including invoicing, payment collection, and delivery scheduling
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and client interactions using internal systems
Coordinate with piano movers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Oversee daily showroom organization, cleanliness, climate, and general operational needs

From there, you will transition into the role of a Sales Consultant, duties include:

Guiding discerning clients through the selection and purchase of fine instruments
Building and maintaining a personal client portfolio through referrals and ongoing engagement
Communicating tonal and technical distinctions between premium piano brands
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals with professionalism and integrity
Maintain showroom display standards that upholds our luxury retail environment

Requirements

Must have piano knowledge or a musical background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Sales experience a plus
