Looking for a full-time job with consistent schedule and long weekends?

Thermon is hiring a Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will work with industrial embroidery machines to produce heated blankets and wraps used in critical industries around the world.

What You Will Do

Run embroidery machines to make our products
Load materials like fabric, thread, and wire into the machines
Watch the machines while they run to make sure everything is working correctly
Check products during the process to catch mistakes or defects
Fix simple issues like thread breaks or misalignment
Clean and take care of machines to keep them running
Follow instructions and stay on schedule
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Work with your team to meet daily production goals
Help in other areas when needed

What We Are Looking For

Dependable and ready to work
Comfortable working with machines or willing to learn
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
Basic computer skills (data entry, following system prompts)
Team player with a positive attitude

SchedulePhysical Requirements

4 - day work week: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Occasional overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed
Ability to lift up 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience experience is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or trade school background is helpful
