**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring the smooth running of daily office activities. **Responsibilities:** - Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy - Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes - Coordinate corporate accounting tasks and liaise with external auditors - Handle general ledger reconciliation and maintain financial records - Oversee governmental accounting compliance - Utilize Sage accounting software for financial management - Supervise office staff and provide guidance on accounting procedures **Skills:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in account analysis, reconciliation, and financial reporting - Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliation - Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and governmental accounting regulations - Familiarity with Quickbooks accounting software or similar platforms - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
