FP&A ANALYST

We're a young, fast-scaling FinTech company headquartered in West Palm Beach — built by operators who move fast, hate red tape, and believe the best ideas should win regardless of who's title is attached to them. We're past the "scrappy startup" phase but nowhere near corporate, and that in-between is exactly where the best growth happens. The energy here is ambitious, the pace is high, and the ceiling is basically whatever you're willing to build for yourself.

THE ROLE

We're hiring an FP&A Analyst to sit at the center of how this company makes decisions. This isn't a role where you build models nobody reads. You'll be in the room — literally — with the CEO, CFO, and CRO, translating numbers into the calls that shape where the company goes next. If you want a finance seat where your work actually gets seen, used, and acted on, this is it.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

— Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets that directly inform executive and board-level decisions

— Partner directly with the CEO, CFO, and CRO on strategic planning, scenario analysis, and capital allocation

— Own monthly/quarterly reporting packages — variance analysis, KPI tracking, and the story behind the numbers

— Support fundraising, investor reporting, and board materials as the company scales

— Dig into risk and revenue data with the CRO to sharpen how we price, underwrite, and grow

— Identify process gaps and actually fix them — we want builders, not ticket-closers

— Turn messy, ambiguous asks into clean, decision-ready analysis under real deadlines

WHAT YOU BRING

— Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (required)

— Master's degree (MBA, MSF, or similar) preferred — not required, but it won't hurt your trajectory here

— 0–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical role

— Advanced Excel/financial modeling chops; comfort with BI or data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a big plus

— Sharp communication skills — you need to be able to walk a CFO through a model without blinking

— Serious career ambition. We're not looking for someone who wants a quiet 9-to-5; we're looking for someone who wants a runway

— A bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and zero ego about rolling up your sleeves
