We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Dermatologist to join our brand new practice in Scranton.

About the Practice:

Join a collaborative team of 5 board-certified physicians (including an experienced MOHS surgeon) and 12 advanced practice providers across multiple thriving locations in Pennsylvania.
Practice from one primary location—no traveling required.
Enjoy a modern, dynamic environment designed with both patient experience and provider wellness in mind.

What We Offer:

Practice Autonomy – Design a schedule that suits your lifestyle and interests. Choose a 4-day work week, and tailor your caseload to general dermatology, a blend of general and cosmetic, or even incorporate MOHS if desired.
Lucrative Compensation –
- $425k base salary plus production incentive with no cap
- $100,000 Sign-on bonus
- $15,000 annual stipend per APP supervised

Requirements:

Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or MD/Ph.D. degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology (BE/BC Dermatology)
State medical license in good standing
Strong commitment to patient care, education, and ethical practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
