Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role blends day-to-day administrative support with a strong focus on marketing, social media strategy, and client development. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and passionate about creating compelling content that elevates our brand presence.

The role requires a proven ability to:

Design and produce marketing materials, social media graphics, and branded content using Canva
Manage and update the company website through WordPress, ensuring content is current, accurate, and visually engaging
Create and distribute email campaigns and communications via Constant Contact
Contribute to the development and production of the weekly internal company newsletter
Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn and Instagram, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics
Conduct research to support marketing pitches, presentations, and business development initiatives
Serve as a professional representative, communicating on behalf of leadership with clients and stakeholders as needed
Perform general administrative duties where necessary, including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and office coordination

Qualifications

Proficiency with Canva, WordPress, and Constant Contact
Demonstrated experience as a content creator with a strong creative portfolio or examples of past work
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram, including best practices for engagement and growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter who takes direction well and follows through on assignments with minimal oversight
Professional demeanor and the ability to represent leadership in client-facing communications
Prior experience in an administrative or marketing support role is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
